Return & Refund Policy (Women’s Jewellery)

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn, and undamaged jewellery.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery pieces
  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund approval will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective products, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
